The User assumes the risks of using the Site. To the extent permitted by law, Attraction makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the reliability or accuracy of the information contained on the Site. The User releases Attraction, its affiliates, shareholders, directors, officers, employees and agents from any liability related to any damage or prejudice whatsoever resulting from the use and/or performance of the Site by the User or related the malfunction of any computer component, any software or any faulty or incomplete data transmission. In no way does Attraction guarantee that the Site will be accessible or functional without interruption and that its content is free from any error, virus, defect, harmful element or other materially damaging component.
Attraction takes reasonable steps to maintain the proper functioning of the Site and to avoid any inconvenience to the User so that his navigation on the Site is as good as possible.
